SOFTWARE DESIGN ENGINEER IN TEST REDMOND, WA

We are looking for an experienced SOFTWARE DESIGN ENGINEER IN TEST to execute test plans and/or test cases for specific automated test programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Performs repeatable testing procedures and processes.
- Verifies triggers, stored procedures, referential integrity, hardware product or system specifications.
- Interprets and modifies code as required that may include C/C++, C# batch files, make files, Perl scripts, queries, stored procedures and/or triggers.
- Writing automation test scripts for simulating user interactions such as data entry, menu selections, mouse actions, data I/O, etc. Requires
- Running manual and automated test cases against web site and Back End services.
- Will analyze test coverage and refine test passes.
- Will run existing automated tests on a variety of devices to check functionality, localization, compatibility, services integration, and content for the website.
- Interacting daily with internal developers and managers.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Application level configuration skills.
- Selenium Experience
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Operate independently on a pro-active (rather than re-active) basis where they seek out opportunities for improvement.
