Software Design Engineer

A successful candidate will be VERY strong in C# and current web technologies, with a keen eye on performance tuning. S/He must also have experience with multi-thread programming and excellent debugging skills. Strong coding skills in SQL and prior API development expertise are both very beneficial.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

- 4-6 years C# development, with an emphasis on SOA
- 4-6 years ASP.NET development
- 1-3 years ASP MVC development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Self-driven, good communication skills, and a passion for building high-quality/high-performant services

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-2 years experience working with Azure
- 2-5 years SQL Server development experience
- 2-5 years TDD
- Experience with CDN technologies
- Experience with TPL and parallel programming
- Experience with ASP WebAPI and/or RESTful API development
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and/or Scrum

This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
