On behalf of our client, a bank here in Zurich, we are looking for a Software Analyst "Pattern Recognition". For this 5 months contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate. Your tasks:
- Develop and implement innovative analytics to support the management of all major IT incidents
- Systematic identification of automation opportunities using machine learning techniques for multi-dimensional data
- Robotic scanning and algorithmic profiling of incidents descriptions, pattern recognition, different forms of clustering
- Develop a quantitative modelling tool for incident management
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Background in: business analysis in modelling, quantitative modelling, or application development
- Solid know-how of R-studio and Python software packages
- Strong IT skills, experienced in use of high-performance Servers to process data and utilise machine learning algorithms in a timely manner
- Fluent in English
