Social Worker- Older Peoples Team/Ipswich/£26 per hour

A position has become available for a qualified Social Worker to join the Older People's team in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is a locum role expected to last for approximately 3 months with an hourly pay rate of £26.00.

Duties will include managing assessments, case management, support planning and taking part in the duty rota. Your caseload will consist of the following client groups: older people, adults with physical disabilities, vulnerable adults and adults with learning disabilities.

To be considered for this vacancy you must hold a recognised social work qualification and a current registration with the HCPC.
