The office base is Wisbech in north Cambridgeshire and this position pays £30 Ltd per hour.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
*Holding a Looked After Children caseload
*Dealing with Adoption and Long term placement
*Chairing planning meetings, reviewing care plans, safety plans, pathway plans and Needs Led Assessments
Candidates are required to be HCPC registered, car owner-drivers and have a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience of working with Looked After Children.
