Social Worker (Adults LD) Kent

Capita Resourcing are currently recruiting for a number of Qualified Social Workers to work within the London area of Kent

We are looking for experienced workers specialising in Adult Services to work within a busy yet supportive team with a strong mix of both permanent and agency staff.

You will be working with adults with learning difficulties.

The sucessful candidate will the following criteria:

* Experience working with individual adults with learning difficulties and their carers on an individual, family and/or group basis, as appropriate
* Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with external agencies in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors, including the Health Authority, as appropriate
* To work closely and co-operatively with other colleagues to ensure that services are relevant to user needs and meet departmental and Council standards and objectives
* To accurately record and report on individual cases, and to produce and analyze statistical data on the work within the field of responsibility in general, producing reports for information as required
