Social Media Advisor - 4 Month Contract

ABOUT THE ROLE
Have you previously led successful online social media campaigns? Are you looking to further your experience within a FTSE 100 company? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're currently recruiting for a Social Media Advisor to lead the development and implementation of our social media strategy. With your help, we will lead the way for social media in the utilities sector - protecting and promoting the Severn Trent Water brand. Working within a dedicated digital team at our head office in Coventry, you will support the wider business and feed into the overarching communications strategies.

You will draw on partnerships across the business and externally to assess how we can expand and improve our activities. By keeping abreast of best practice and detailed performance monitoring, you will continually deliver engaging content relevant to our audiences. Your work will play an important part in informing our broader campaigns and digital strategy in particular.

ABOUT YOU
You will have previously led successful online communication campaigns, ideally within a high profile company and have experience using a range on social media channels and tools (such as Hootsuite, CrowdControl, BrandWatch, Radian6). You will be customer focused with strong written and verbal communication skills and good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. You will hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification eg digital, marketing, business management, CIM or IDM etc. Your ability to engage with and understand our customer sets you apart from the rest; you will be passionate about social media communication as a tool to help promote Severn Trent Water's reputation.
