As Social Investment Manager you will be responsible for delivering a regional strategy that responds to local challenge. This will strengthen communities, improve and increase services, and ensure that community facilities are well managed and used. You will manage a diverse team, leading and inspiring them to perform at their best. You will also work closely with residents, external partners and other teams. You will therefore have the ability to build links and strong working relationships. You should be IT literate and a strategic thinker, with firm working knowledge of community and economic regeneration.
