My Client are a top 15 Housing Association providing high quality homes, services and neighbourhoods where people want to live. Working 18.5 hours per week they currently have an opportunity for a Mutual Exchange Coordinator to join the Lettings Team at their Christchurch office on a one year, fixed term contract. Providing a customer focused service to all residents seeking a mutual exchange, the aim of this role is to manage all requests received for the region in a timely and effective manner and conduct thorough and considered assessments of needs. The role also requires close liaison with both internal and external colleagues in relation to the exchange and to coordinate each stage through to completion in line with legislation.

To be successful in this role you will need experience within a housing or lettings role and have a good understanding of the implications of Welfare Reform. Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail are essential as are strong administration and IT skills.

Due to the travel requirements of this role a full current driving licence and access to a your own transport is essential.
