SoC Software Technician

OUR CLIENT IS THE LEADING COMPUTER COMPONENTS MANUFACTURING COMPANY SEEKING A SOFTWARE TECHNICIAN TO PROVIDE VALIDATION OF SOC AUDIO PRODUCTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run software tests to test audio, and possibly video and HDMI.
- Generate daily validation reports.
- Create new test cases.
- Analyze test results and document failures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Junior- to Mid-Level expertise, 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Basic Computer hardware/software skills
- Experience in software testing
- At least 2 years' experience using Windows OS
- Ability to use software tools to track failures (ie Excel, Word, Email)
- Scripting experience a plus

Estimated length of assignment: 15 weeks with option to extend up to 39 weeks
