A leading Telco client of mine is looking for someone to manage a Vendor Evaluation & Selection for a brand new SOC/Managed Security Service (MSSP) in Istanbul.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Additional support for the development of a SOC/MSS partnering strategy providing the following key results
-Estimation of market size with respect to specific key products/services (provided by partner) level including:
o Pricing/Tarif review
o Investigation of channel mix
o Revenue study with respect to different business models - Assessment of business models proposed by potential partners
- SOC/MSS Partnership Strategy with strategic direction respecting the capabilities of TTG
- SOC/MSS business plan based on partnering strategy
PROJECT TASKS OF FREELANCER:
- Go-to-market expertise for MSS and SOC services (pricing, partnership, sales channel, bundle with other relevant ICT products)
- Review partnership conditions and guide TTG. Recommend an overall strategic roadmap with respect to financial value.
- There is an expectation for building business case/model, evaluate different options from financial point of view.
- Vertical & Functional knowledge for the overall Security Market.
- Assessment of potential partners (for SOC - Symantec, Thales, Replay) with respect to specific products, propose the most suitable partnership model.
- Assessment of TTG's capabilities and market position while reviewing different partnership models.
- There is a significant expectation with respect to benchmarks, industry intelligence, overall trends, Telekom Best practices.
