SME in Capital and Liquidity Regulation

Our client, a Leading Consultancy firm, has a requirement for a SME in Capital and Liquidity Regulation.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee and be accountable for the quality of the Regulatory Reporting disclosures of the Business
*Provides analytic support for optimising balance sheet and capital usage across the business
*SME for RWA advisory
*Responsible for implementing new capital framework for the business
*Enhance RWA reporting to provide greater transparency to the business
*Working with the business to ensure that they fully understand developments in Regulatory framework and priorities, ie changes to the Capital framework, the impact of Risk Weighted Assets, revenue recognition on structured deals etc.
*Assisting in the review & sign off all manual adjustments made to capital reporting data, and being confident in explaining & quantifying these to auditors, both internal and external.

Essential
*Prudential knowledge and background
*Strong knowledge of capital and liquidity regulation
*ICAAPs/ILAAs/BIPRU/GENPRU knowledge
*Ex-FSA/PRA, from a large investment firm or a bank
*Probably has worked in a Risk, Regulatory capital, Treasury or Finance function
