My high-profile Global Financial Services client seeks a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant to work with Senior Leadership to engage and understand their business drivers/issues and then design, develop and plan a programme of work comprising a variety of improvement solutions/approaches.

As a Master Black Belt Consultant you will have accountability for supporting the improvement of a defined end to end Core Process, at times providing providing leadership and assignment management to a team of Business Improvement Managers and Business Improvement Specialists, plus Matrix management of multiple seconded SME's (Subject Matter Experts) to deliver declared objectives within their allocated Projects.

This role is central to the programme's ability to deliver the application of recognised business improvement tools and techniques though hands on delivery, coaching and supporting strategic direction.

As the ideal candidate you will have the following skills, knowledge and background:

- Extensive Lean Sigma/Six Sigma delivery experience - ideally from within Financial Services or Transactional based industry within a multi-location environment
- Must be certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black
- The ability to influence and manage stakeholders expectations at Senior Management and Executive level, and demonstrate a strong consultancy skill set to ensure that external and internal customers requirements are at the heart of all plans and approaches.
- Understanding of and experience in the management of transactional based financial service organisation and ideally, a conversion related programme/projects
- Understanding of and proven track record in the management of end-to-end transformational delivery
- Previous Programme Management experience and an appreciation of PMO Governance.
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to drive and motivate teams including Senior Stakeholders, SME's and Business Managers.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication and able to inform, influence and persuade at a senior level within the organisation.
- Experience of People Management and Matrix management on an assignment basis
- Coaching Experience from SME to Executive level
