Six Sigma Green Belt X 4 Slovakia (Slovak Speaking)

Our Client, a global Finance house if looking to supplement there Slovakian team with a further four Six Sigma Green Belts who will be responsible for the execution of Customers Operations & Technologys (O&T) process improvement initiatives which support the strategic objectives of Customers senior leadership, utilizing industry leading process improvement methodologies and tools. As part of the project, you will promote and apply Six Sigma principles and methodologies to drive financial and strategic improvements in: growth, time to market, continuous operational improvement, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Some of the key responsibilities will be to:

Manage multiple (5 or more) project responsibilities at any given time, driving projects to completion.

Build and focus teams in a matrixed environment.

Execute with discipline and urgency, maintaining a results and action oriented approach.

Work independently.

Communicate clearly, early and often with project stakeholders, on your initiative as well as in response to specific requests by Customer managers and executives.

These roles are immediate and will be based in Slovakia (Bratislava) therefore language skills are a must (Slovakian speaking is Essential).
