JOB DUTIES

- Lead moderately complex projects.
- Lead cross functional teams with representation from Marketing, Engineering/Product Development, Business Services, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Logistics, Legal, and Global Purchasing functional areas, as well as Suppliers.
- The Team will evaluate the marketing, technical, and financial/commercial aspects in considering products to re-manufacture
- Some products may be Purchased Finished, typically provided by the OEM supplier.
- This position would be a focal point for those interactions.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experienced 6 Sigma Black Belt, preferably Certified.
- Excellent Project Management skills, team leadership skills, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, with proven leadership and achievement results
- Flexible; able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Marketing/Business/Product Support experience
- Experience working with Suppliers
- Experience working with the client's product line, product groups, and systems
- Experience in Financial Analysis
- Knowledge of Re-manufacturing Business
- Electronics products and design
- Experience with Electronics is a strong plus.
