Site Start-Up and Regulatory Manager

A Leading Multinational CRO are seeking to appoint a Site Start-Up and Regulatory Manager to work within their Start-Up Division. The Start Up Manager will assist Senior Management in managing work and teams. This may include areas such as site initiation, site activation, regulatory and ethics submissions, and investigator site contracts.

Main Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to):

+ Responsible for approving courses of action for all staff members, advising on policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods

+ Line management responsibilities

+ Responsible for leading the team in the development and review of SOPs to support new and existing processes

+ Responsible for Managing all areas of start up relating to ethics submissions, regulatory submissions, and investigator site contracts

+ Acts as a liaison and facilitator between Senior Management and Clients

+ Supports Senior Management with budgetary management of projects

Skills/Experience:

+ Educated to degree level in Life Science/Science field

+ Previous experience within Start up function is essential

+ Previous Project Management experience within a CRO

+ Essential to have experience of International Line Management/Project Management
