Working for the Main Contractor on a £3m Residential Development, you will be involved from site set-up and responsible for accurate setting-out of all new Infrastructure for the scheme (roads and sewers, etc.) as well a large-scale earthworks exercise for the creation of an underground car park, plus retaining wall, steel structure and concrete floor, as well as managing all subcontractors carrying out the above - checking RAMS, ensuring works delivered to the Main Contractor's policies and procedures (HSEQ, etc.).
Applicants must be proven in fulfilling a dual Manager/Engineer role on similar works and hold valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certification.
