- Management of subcontractors & direct labour workforce
- 3+ Years of experience
- Fire Warden
- Commercially aware with extensive knowledge of all disciplines and processes involved in the construction process.
- Excellent communicaiton skills
- Track record of delivering a quality finished product on time and budget
