Your role and previous experience as a freelance site foreman will be to oversee subcontract and direct trades staff working on a kitchen and bathroom refresh project. Ideally applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record working on similar types of projects for either Housing Associations or Social Housing Contractors.
Candidates must hold CSCS, First Aid and either SSSTS or SMSTS.
