Site Commissioning Manager (m/w)

Aktuell sind wir für einen Kunden im Kraftwerksbau auf der Suche nach einen Site Commissioning Manager (m/w).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:
+ Local contact for commissioning related topics for the project partners
+ Performs the essential commissioning management job duties and functions with the overall objective of defining and establishing a pre-commissioning / commissioning / trails and handover execution framework on the project(s) and ensuring the safety, quality, value, timeliness, of the assigned project(s).
+ Coaching/follow-up of project partners in view of problem solving, fault correction and prevention of it per notification, follow-up and evaluation of deviations/non-conformities
+ Review/preparation of test record documentation
+ Developing, managing and executing of all commissioning and related activities in conformance with the intern policies and procedures, contracts, plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
+ This role directs staff in various functions necessary in their roles to meet or exceed all project commissioning objectives.

+ Successful completed technical diploma
+ Minimum 20 year experience in construction new builds/upgrades and conversion with at least
5 years as Commissioning Manager in relevant area
+ Experience in developing and implementing detailed commissioning execution plans and schedules
+ Functional knowledge of pre-commissioning, turnover and commissioning technology
+ Good knowledge in German and English language
+ Knowledge of Italian language would be appreciated
+ Negotiating skills and positive appearance
+ One’s own initiative, flexibility and reliability
+ Service orientated appearance against the customer
+ Nonrestrictive willingness to travel
+ Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to achieve business and project results.
+ Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
+ Good leadership, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work well independently and in a team
