Site Change Coordinator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in science or equivalent, working experience in a pharmaceutical field is a plus
- 5+ years working experience with 3+ years in supply chain, production or technical development
- 3+ years project management experience and leading cross functional global teams
- Ability to work in a intercultural and fast changing business environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantage
YOUR TASKS:
- Leading on-site evaluation and implementation phases of change requests in addition to establishing and leading on site project teams in order to ensure project management according to the agreed method
- Communicating project progress and deviations as appropriate as well as elaborating risk mitigation plans as appropriate
- Ensuring efficient, timely and clear communication to all involved partners (on-site and off-site incl. to global product life cycle leader and DRA REG CMC) as required for flawless project execution
- Soliciting input from External Supply Functions and ensuring that site specific information is made available in global projects and in relevant databases
- Ensuring timely delivery of complete and consistent source data to DRA REG CMC as well as ensuring projects are implemented without stock-out and that write-off costs are kept to a minimum
- Supporting process experts in evaluation, planning and execution for main and sub processes in addition to training and development of on-site personnel
