For our client in Basel we are looking for a Site Change Coordinator for a 1 year contract.
Place: Basel
Duration: ASAP- 31.08.2018
Workload: 100%
Project Management
To establish and lead on site project teams in order to ensure project management according to the agreed strategy and timelines.
To ensure efficient, timely and clear communication to all involved partners (on-site and off-site incl. to global product life cycle leader and DRA REG CMC) as required for flawless project execution.
To communicate project progress and deviations as appropriate.
To elaborate risk mitigation plans as appropriate.
To solicit input from External Supply Functions and to ensure that site specific information is made available in global projects and in relevant databases
To ensure timely delivery of complete and consistent source data to DRA REG CMC.
To co-ordinate and provide timely review (on-site) of CMC documentation.
To ensure that projects are realized/implemented without stock-outs.
To ensure that write-off costs are kept to a minimum.
To support process experts in evaluation, planning and execution for main and sub processes (eg CAR, capacity planning, resources, etc.).
To support training and development of on-site personnel with regards to skills and capabilities required for change project management.
Performance High customer satisfaction/responsiveness (no customer complaint); Adherence to project timelines and proactive management of upcoming issues.
Quality No issues triggered by information and documents provided; no issues due to non-observance of cGMP, HSE regulations and SOPs; no critical deviations.
Education: University degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy or chemical engineering), and/or business administration advantageous
Languages: English - fluent, German - desirable, 3rd language - a plus
Experience: Minimum 5 years, including at least 3 years experience in various pharmaceutical functions eg supply chain/production and/or technical development
Min. 3 years experience in project management, leading cross-functional global teams Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical or food industry supply chain processes and Lean philosophy
