Site Analyst - Belgium

My Client based in Belgium are currently looking for a Site Analyst who will be responsible for the daily support service. This is a 7 month contract with real possibility for extension based in Antwerp. YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT DUTCH AND ENGLISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Collaboration with people in the various departments of problems or new requirements and discuss, functional and technical, with representatives of the global IT organization.
o Support for local applications and where necessary analysing, developing, customizing these applications or the global IT organization to assist adjustments (AFT, Mailimporter, SharePoint, file shares,)
o Monitoring of issue 'tickets' and analyze problems so that they can be addressed and resolved. the right team Proposals for the final troubleshooting and assisting in documentation and implementation of solutions .
o Answering questions of general IT users in all departments associated with the IT organization, tickets, problems, applications
o Perform activities defined by the global IT organization associated with global applications desired profile
o Minimum 5 years experience in technical IT support for a large production facility
o Active knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, SharePoint 2010, VB, .Net
o Can communicate with people easily within different levels of a large organization.
o Pharma process, project management, database, software development and computer validation knowledge are pluses
o Independent and proactive
o Strong support and service oriented
o Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and can independently finish
o Good analytical and technical skills
o Ability to work with delineated structures, time pressure and in stressful situations
o Very good knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of English
