SITE ACQUISITION SHARING MANAGER

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Site Acquisition Sharing Manager will work in the Site Acquisition Department

In his/her role, he/she will support the Site Acquisition Department in the following activities: Site Sharing department coordination ( Sharing IN and Sharing OUT ), drive Site Sharing coordinators, Participation to all RISS meetings/boards, General reporting related to all Sharing activities, data/database quality management, customer meetings, other operators meetings.

The Site Acquisition Sharing Manager will report to the BeLux Site Acquisition Manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Leads/drives the internal deployment activities in the site acquisition/construction and follow up global contracts, Ericsson objectives and budget conditions for the Roll-out of a specific group of sites with other operators and internal projects.
- Responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting.
- Reports on any escalating quality work, or deviation regarding the objectives.
- Solves the specific operational, contractual and financial issues and generates global reporting to management.
- Manages the priority of action to perform in order to obtain the highest output as possible in terms of site acquisition deliverables.
- Acts as a single interface between different Client teams working on the projects. (Radio, Site engineers, BPC, Sharing, FAC, etc )
- Sets up and maintains global tracking on KPI/SLA and other performance indicators as agreed with other operators.
- Sets up and maintains a data quality layer on multiple reporting tools with a special focus towards SLA.
- CPO management for site sharing related activities (stability studies, reinforcements, replacements and costs related to common projects)
- Set up the yearly budget (external with the client + internal with the local management) and make a close follow-up on the achievements.
- Prepare and finalise the yearly R-layer invoicing between operators.
- Defend clients and E///interest in several working groups and negotiate extra business requirements with the client.
- Participate in transversal projects
- Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
- Participate to weekly meetings with the client and other operators.
- Drive the Site sharing department to achieve the monthly targets and maintain a good cooperation with the other operators' acquisition departments.

COMPETENCIES:

General:

- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, preferably in SITE SHARING ENVIRONMENT and/or Acquisition and/or network deployment.
- Good comprehension & experience in Site Acquisition process & flow
- In depth knowledge of the Bright & MW outsourcing acquisition contracts
- Good knowledge of telecom business
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English. LOCAL PROFILE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION
