Projektbeschreibung
A Site Acquisition MOVE Coordinator will work in the Site Acquisition Department for one of our Telecoms clients in Belgium. PLEASE NOTE FRENCH & DUTCH & ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION.
In his/her role, he/she will support the Site Acquisition Department in the following activities: Coordination of all sites in MOVE process from site acquisition till Move and/or temporary solutions are build and implemented ( including dismantling), Defining temporary solution with the concerned departments, Deliverables quality check, general reporting, data quality management, Other departments follow-up ( Radio, Build, ), forecast updating, customer meetings.
The Site Acquisition MOVE Coordinator will report to the BeLux Site Acquisition Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Leads/drives the internal deployment activities from site acquisition till Move and/or temporary solutions are build and implemented ( including dismantling) and following global contracts, Ericsson objectives and budget conditions for a specific group of sites in MOVE process.
- Responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting.
- Reports on any escalating quality work, or deviation regarding the objectives.
- Solves the specific operational, contractual and financial issues and generates global reporting to management.
- Manages the priority of action to perform in order to obtain the highest output as possible.
- Acts as a single interface between different Ericsson teams working on the project. ( Radio, Site engineers, BPC, Sharing, FAC, etc )
- Sets up and maintains global tracking on KPI/SLA and other performance indicators.
- Sets up and maintains a data quality layer on multiple reporting tools with a focus.
- Participates in transversal projects where needed.
- Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
- Participate to weekly meetings with the Site Acquisition Team Leader and customer.
COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum Master degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in Acquisition and/or network deployment
- Good comprehension & experience in Site Acquisition process & flow
- In depth knowledge of the Bright & MW outsourcing acquisition contracts
- Good knowledge of telecom business
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English. LOCAL PROFILE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION.
