Site Access Negotiator

3 X SITE ACCESS NEGOTIATOR

CONTRACT

BASED IN AMERSHAM

We have a requirement for 3 x Site Access Negotiators for a key client on a contract basis. In this role, you will be based in Amersham, working in their Property department, supporting a Site Access Improvement projects, which is looking to improve Site access arrangements to their portfolio of sites - c18,000.

Responsibilities:

- Reading leases and correctly interpreting legal rights of access
- Liaise with internal teams and third party suppliers
- Assist with the development of negotiation guidelines with landlords to improve & document site access arrangements and legal rights
- Undertake negotiations with landlords to understand access issues and secure improved access arrangements
- Amend standard letter templates and communication with landlords
- Report on progress, success and failures

For these positions they are looking for proactive individuals with an understanding of site complexities, and an excellent telephone manner, with an ability to negotiate. You will need solid IT skills with Word, Excel, and be expected to be able to work in a fast environment. If you have previously worked in a call centre environment, this may be beneficial.
