SITE ACCESS COORDINATOR - TELECOMS

NEWBURY, UK

We have an exciting new opportunity working with one of the largest Telecommunication companies in the world. Our client are looking for a number of Site Data Auditors with a background in Telecoms to join their team in Newbury for a 6 month contract.

SITE ACCESS COORDINATOR - TELECOMS - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

Responsible for ensuring any access blockers preventing the execution of work order are removed or passed to the relevant agent to be removed. Primarily manual ticket assignment Work Force Management system (WFM) and creating tasks in an external customer system (Remedy).

Working with site providers/Landlords and utilising any access IT platforms where applicable. This may also involve completing documentation (ie access forms)

Ensuring that th Client are Health and Safety compliant, ie issuing permits to work, accurate completion of risk assessment and methods statements

Management of non-executable tickets in relevant queues ie waiting external, and delayed access

Handle in and outbound telephone calls. Following professional telephone etiquette ensuring queries are handled effectively and efficiently.

Monitor email accounts for information which may highlight confirmations of access, requests for assistance from other areas of the business related to sites and problems from other 3rd Parties

SITE ACCESS COORDINATOR - TELECOMS - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;

- Excellent people skills
- Good customer service skills and telephone manor
- IT skills
- Geographical understanding
- Experience in using trouble ticketing systems
