Simulation Engineer (m/f) for thermal 1D-simulations
Reference number: 319784

Task description:
* Thermal simulations with 1D-simulation tools to size the heat exchangers and choose the right technologies
* Interface for thermal performance and simulation topics of vehicle heat exchangers
* Responsible for thermal simulation on component and cooling system level
* Support regarding R&D projects and simulations for all German and North European car manufacturers
* Setup of 1D-thermal simulation models, simulation and post-processing
* Correlation of simulation results with vehicle and component tests as also coordination of 3D-CFD simulations
* Technical presentations

Your profile:
* Degree as Engineer with knowledge of automotive industry and relevant technologies
* Knowledge of engine cooling products, heat exchangers and cooling systems
* Expertise in 1D thermal simulation, especially Dymola, GT-Cool/Suite, Flowmaster or Kuli
* Knowledge in thermodynamics, aerodynamics and thermal systems
* Knowledge in CATIA V5 and Excel (Macros) is a plus
* Good in English and German (mandatory)
