Following the required knowledge and skills for the product catalog expert:
Solution Architect with experience/knowledge in:
- System Integration and Solution Implementation based on CRM/Order Management Systems/Sales Force Automation
- Knowledge of the CRM and Order Management Processes (Pre-Sales and Post-Sales)
- Knowledge, inside CRM & OM applications of the
- Product Catalogue
- Shopping Cart Functionalities
- Business Rules
- Service Activation and Tariff Management from available channels (Dealer, SMS)
- Knowledge of (at least one) major DB/BI environment (ex. Oracle)
- More than welcome is specific Siebel platform knowledge (Catalog & Configurator Design, Order Management, Order Fulfillment)
- Business Technical Analyst capabilities
- Analysis and requirements definition
- Knowledge of Siebel CRM, OM, Product Catalog, Configurator Design, SFA
- Knowledge of specific telco market and processes
