Siebel Functional Consultant/Business Analyst - Siebel 8.1 CRM, OBIEE, Peoplesoft 9, Print Fulfilmentis required by my client who is based in London

Qualifications and Requirements:

The following minimum qualifications are required in order for an individual to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job:
Bachelors' degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred
Experience of a global deployment of Siebel staying as close to Siebel out-of-the-box functionality as possible
8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5+ years' experience as a Siebel functional analyst
Experience in Siebel 8.1 CRM
Strong process knowledge of business and business systems
Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer service orientation
Requires strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally
Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently
Experience in as many of the following Siebel CRM functional areas as possible: Sales, Service, Marketing and Campaign Management, Order Management, CTI
OBIEE experience a plus'

Experienced Siebel Functional Consultant who has Global roll-out experience required for a
multinational FMCG.

Responsible for:

Gathering business requirements against a global business operating model

Fit-gap analysis for global process against Siebel out-of-the-box

E2E analysis to ensure that functionality and process in Siebel matches the global model (cross system process, interfaces, and function)

Performs analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives, and system capabilities

Creation of process design/system solution to ensure that requested functionality and process is mapped to out-of-the-box Siebel capability

Assisting in the Change Management process for the existing Organisations within each country

Provide functional expertise in areas of Siebel CRM, Order Management, Sales and Customer Service, Marketing, Campaign Management
