o    UML design

o    Oracle Siebel 8.1
o    Order management in Telco
o    Customer and contact management, contract management
o    Siebel product catalogue,  product relations and Telco productstructures
o    Siebel validation mechanisms, hierarchy structures modelling
o    Service Request and Trouble Ticket management
o    Siebel pricing mechanisms
o    Knowledge on Siebel customization (screens, views, Applets, Siebel components, Siebel objects, workflow, scripts)
o    Knowledge of product modelling and validation rules (both for data and products)
o     Knowledge of Siebel order life cycle (Asset to Order, Order to Asset, Order Capture, eConfigurator, Submit functionality, Cancel processes)
o    Siebel pricing mechanisms
o    Knowledge of design Task Based UI
o    Knowledge of Siebel entities: Agreements, Opportunities, Lead management
o    Focus on moduls EIM, EAI (Siebel integration mechanism)
o    CTI integration

Order management
o    J2EE components design
o    Algorithmization (graph theory, order decomposition algorithm, rule engine)
o    BPMN 2.0 usage experience
o    Rule engine - Drools design experience
o    DB conceptual design (SID model knowledge)
o    SOA services design (WebServices, WSDL, XSD, JMS)
o    Spring Framework
o    J2EE technology (EJB, MOM, JTA, JMS - HornetQ in HA mode)
o    J2SE
o    JBoss server 6.1
o    JBoss Enterprise BRMS 5.3.x (Business Rules, Human Task, BPMN Engine-notace BPNM 2.0, Guvnor)
