Siebel Business Analyst

As the Siebel Business Analyst, you will maintain and support the functionality of the Siebel Application. This will require collaboration with Business and Technical Analysts in order to perform fit-gap analysis, business process analysis, needs assessment, and prioritization. You will also support the release management of multiple code deployments of Siebel throughout the life cycle of the project. Post go-live you will troubleshoot production tickets. REQUIREMENTS:

*Bachelor's degree
*5+ years of experience in Siebel implementation (one in 8.1 desired)
*Hands on participation in at least 3 full life cycle implementations
*Demonstrated functional knowledge of Siebel CRM applications (8.1)
*Knowledge in business requirements and system requirements methodology
*MS Office applications knowledge
*Familiarity with application architecture and networks
*Knowledge in Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
*Familiarity with tools/processes used to complete system development life cycle
*Proven analysis skills; ability to grasp complex business processes
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Strong presentation skills
*Team player
*Telco experience highly desirable

As this role may involve travel to European and non-European countries, an EU passport is preferred.
