The key tasks are:
Review business process definitions and identify CRM touch points. Align processes to OOTB Siebel CRM functionality in order to minimize platform customization. Support in business workshops for business process discussions and reviews/sign offs.
Other tasks will be:
CRM Support & Readiness processes and ensure the support capability is in place to allow the CRM fulfilment, Assurance and Billing processes to operate effectively.
Responsible for receiving trouble reports from customers, resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the customer.
Allocation, implementation, configuration, activation and testing of specific services to meet requirements.
The project language is English.
