SIAM Process Manager - Access Management - GIS Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
Technical Service Operations
JOB PURPOSE
- Leads the access management process and drives its efficiency and effectiveness in
accordance with policies defined by Information Security Management.
- Provides subject matter expertise and leadership in access management and
underpinning tools covered by the team or department.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Owns the catalogue of user roles and access profiles, ensuring appropriateness for the
services offered to customers, prevention of unwanted accumulation of access rights.
- Is accountable for the overall performance of the Access Management Process.
- Is accountable for the control and management of the Access Management Process.
- Acts as key SME and SPOC for the Process - providing guidance and direction to Process
practitioners. Ensures that all activities are carried out as required throughout the Process
life cycle.
- Works with key stakeholders to determine and communicate evolving needs and where
necessary to refine or update the process so that it remains fit for purpose.
PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS
- As the role is part of a global organization, willingness for required travelling is important.
EXPERIENCE
- Experienced with an IT infrastructure operations environment ideally working within a
multi-partner environment.
- Expert knowledge of one or more ITSM disciplines.
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the area of IT Service Management, in
particular the process of Access Management and related technologies (eg Active
Directory, security protocols).
-Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English, other languages an asset.
