Shopping Spam Quality Evaluator/Analyst

For an exciting new contract position based in Zurich, RM IT Professional resources are currently seeking a SHOPPING SPAM QUALITY EVALUATOR/ANALYST.

This contract position would be to start as soon as possible, and run until end of December 2014 with an optional extension until end of September 2015.

The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:

Improve the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest
-

Cooperate with engineering teams to improve our data quality
-

Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis
-

Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow
-

Either fix issues with the provided tools, or report issues to follow up with engineering teams

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:

-

Good web research and analytical skills
-

Interest in online shopping and E-commerce is a plus
-

University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus
-

Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst is preferred
-

Capabilities in performing daily routine jobs
