SHAREPOINT - TEST MANAGER - FREELANCE - BRUSSELS - ASAP
My client in Brussels is urgently seeking a Freelance Test Manager with practical SharePoint experience to join the team for an initial 3 month contract with probable extensions.
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3 months
LOCATION: ON-SITE in Brussels - remote work is not an option
RATE: Negotiable
OBJECTIVE: The test manager will manage a team of test-coordinators and testers.
TASKS:
- Defining and implementing the role testing plays within the organization
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
- Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate
- Develop appropriate training and coaching of a test team
- Implementing and evolving appropriate measurements and metrics
- Managing and growing testing assets required for meeting the testing mandate (Team members, Testing tools, testing processes)
- Actively participating in risk management
- Accountable for test reporting
- The test manager may also be required to execute tests and do other hands on testing tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10 years experience in IT
- 2 years + in banking industry
- 3-5 years as test manager
- Sharepoint Experience (mandatory - at least 1 year)
