ITG is a IT GROUP dynamic entity with a commercial spirit in charge of group solutions in the area of messaging, mobile and collaboration. The services developed
by Digital Working are consumed by a large number of businesses and support entities around the world. Clients such as support entities represent more or less 130.000 direct service points on messaging, 35.000 on mobile and 60.000 on collaboration. The offers developed are market competitive and based on state of the art technology. The functionality provided is fast evolving and are highly critical for many businesses. We use 2 technologies for our messaging platforms and host 50000 mailboxes on
Microsoft Exchange and 80000 on IBM Domino Notes. As messaging services are a vital element of the group's IT infrastructure these platforms must be
robust and highly available.
Mobile is a fast growing sector in our portfolio as well on volumes, functionality provided and international range. The mobile technology providing Enterprise Mobile
Management (devices, applications, …) is based on Mobileiron being a top vendor in that area. Our offer includes industrialization capabilities and user support solutions
which are used by many group support entities. The homologated end user technology today is Apple based.
Microsoft Sharepoint is next to IBM Connections and IBM Sametime one of the fast growing collaboration technologies in use in the group.
ITG is presently building a new large Exchange and EMM base in Paris and is extending this with additional environments in the US and APAC together with CIB.
The overall steering is under control of central IT and will provide a common base supporting standard services defined by Digital Working and ITG.
In this area "IDT Operations Messaging & Collaboration" has an open position for a Sharepoint & Exchange specialist.

and the teams use the most modern collaboration technologies. You will work with colleagues in Paris and other international locations.

Function Description
We offer a challenging function in an international multi-technology IT environment.
An interesting jog in a professional team in which we determine the future of the mail environment in the group.
An environment with high expectations where your qualities can make the difference.
Your assignment in "IDT Operations Messaging & Collaboration" will be to:
- Manage the infrastructure incidents (24/7). In case of an incident restore the service asap, inform service desk, control room, IMOD and Service Delivery Manager, write the post incident report in case of a major incident.
- Manage the Sharepoint production environment
- Manage the functional mailboxes of Exchange, mobile, directory services and identity management and manage the user incidents and user requests
- Perform the routine activities on the infra and functional mailboxes like actions to close the oldest requests, represent the team in the daily operational debriefing meeting.
- Perform the primary tasks like follow-up and fixing of Antivirus alerts, rollouts and tests in QA and PROD, be primary contact for support centers, generate reports, perform capacity management activities, perform cmdb reviews.
- Perform the backup tasks like activity follow-up
