Ensure the operation of the various SharePoint sites that includes monitoring and troubleshooting, life cycle activities (patch management) and the editing of incident tickets advising developers and users in regard to the optimal use of SharePoint including creating adequate documentation support. NET Configuration - and release management.
Responsible for SharePoint operation:
- Monitor and troubleshoot incidents
- Life cycle management (Patch Management)
- update the documentation and creating user manuals
- Regular backup and restore, and DR testing
Knowledge
* Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint
2010 and the Microsoft. NET Framework
* Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Internet Information Server and other
Microsoft technologies (including Office)
* Quick learner and structured approach
with a degree in computer science at a higher college, university
* ITIL Foundation
* Organization theory (eg Fachausweis organizer)
* Microsoft certification in the field. NET Framework or SharePoint (Microsoft Certified Technology or Professional Developer, MCTS/MCPD)
