Sharepoint Developer (MOSS 2013)

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer for a customer who is making a significant investment in MS hardware and applications and shall be leveraging these technologies to enhance productivity through mobile technology and in-house development of small and medium scale business applications.

You will be part of a team developing small business applications principally in SharePoint 2013 and SQL Server/.NET.

Some Tasks within the role:

Lead programmer/analyst

Business requirements elicitation

Project and application support

Proactively identifying issues and providing advice on solutions

Communication with a range of stakeholders
-

Programming of MS Application components based on detailed design specifications

Coding in adherence to the standards of the application in question
-

Maintaining, tuning and repairing MS Applications and environments in order to keep
-

Them performing according to technical and functional specifications;
-

Performing preventative maintenance activities;
-

Providing user support
-

Integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
-

Mentoring and facilitating skills transfer to department staff
-

Any other tasks which are considered by the department to be appropriate to the role

Required Skills:

-

At least 5 year's experience in Microsoft development
-

Expertise and experience in SharePoint 2013 & .NET (VB/C#)

At least 2 year's business analysis experience
