Sharepoint Developer/Administrator

A global organisation based in the heart of London has an urgent requirement for a SharePoint Developer/Administrator.

MCTS: Office SharePoint Server 2010/Application certified.

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

- Migration of documents from file shares to SharePoint using tools.
- Support business content owners across internal and external sites.
- Day to day incident management
- Design and develop workflows to automate business process
- Design and develop reusable/configurable custom web parts Produce clear and detailed service documentation
- To work effectively either as part of a small team or individually to a project plan.
- To liaise directly with members of technical teams in order to maintain formal Configuration Management Process.
- Work with many departments including business clients, third party software houses, application development teams, IS Service Delivery and IS Application Management located in multiple locations

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong foundation in ASP.NET, C# and Web Services
- Development experience in SharePoint 2007/2010

o Development of custom webparts
o Building and Packaging custom solutions using Visual Studio.
o Workflows, site template design, page design

- InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio
- SQL Server 2005/2008

o Understanding of Database design - Normalisation
o T-SQL queries

- LINQ/CAML, WCF,  XML, XSLT experience
- SharePoint BAU activities
- Good understanding of metadata.
