SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER
SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 Years SharePoint platform, preferably in 2007 version.
- SharePoint administration and development is a plus.
- SharePoint add-on products, particularly Nintex, Infopath, SharePoint Designer
- IT operations and service delivery, with good troubleshooting.
- SharePoint support and training in an international environment is a must.
- Proven track of Project management and team coaching
- Combined knowledge and interest mix between business and technology
- English (fluent written and spoken). Other European languages are an advantage
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and develop existing and new functionalities using tools like Nintex and Infopath
- Ensure, as second line support, the functional maintenance and development of the existing SharePoint 2007 platform functionalities
- Participate to the SharePoint 2013 project by supporting site migration, knowledge transfer and transition to a new service model
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
- As second line support, receive, classify, analyze and handle incident, user support and service request according to defined procedures and in respect to internal SLA. Escalate to level 3 supports when relevant.
- Create new site and site collection based on template and onboard new site administrator. Maintain some basic custom SharePoint elements
