Sharepoint Business Analyst

You MUST be able to speak FLUENT English and also FLUENT DUTCH or FRENCH.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

MANDATORY

- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Assertive negotiation skills.
- Result oriented with attention for quality and details.

PREFERABLE

- Good feeling with IT matters in terms of technologies and methods.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MANDATORY

- BA for several SharePoint projects in past years.

PREFERABLE

- Insurance industry.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MANDATORY

- SharePoint (ideally 2010).
- Good understanding of SharePoint concepts, capabilities and functionality, ideally with concrete experience as SharePoint power user.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MANDATORY

- Significant experience as Business and Functional Analyst, ideally in large company, in direct contact with Business stakeholders.

PREFERABLE

- Content, Information and Knowledge Management concepts & principles.
- Methodology applicable for Business, Process and Functional Analysis.
