SFDC Solutions Architect

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Should exhibit deep understanding of SFDC.
- Author of technical documentation to support functional, integration and data migration requirements. Designs functional, systematic and integration detailed architectures.
- S/He will assess Source Data Systems and analyze data elements that needs to be Integrated
- S/He will create Data Migration Strategy
- S/He should actively participate in implementation planning meetings
- S/He will be demonstrating Prototypes to the stakeholders
- S/He will be responsible for getting sign-offs on the technical and data mapping design documents from the client's Stakeholders

BACKGROUND/CRITICAL SKILLS

- Need to have 7-8 years of total IT experience
- Around 5 years experience in Salesforce Architecture/design
- Should have extensive experience configuring and implementing Salesforce.com application.
- Should have excellent customer facing skills acquired through an onsite solution architecting role
- Need to have deep technical knowledge of SFDC, and SOA integration
- Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills coupled with strong market driven orientation.
- S/He will lead the team and will help in standardizing the design across all the businesses.
- S/He will drive the program to ensure consistency of processes and standards.
- S/He will facilitate & lead the client's techno-functional discussion with Salesforce.com professional services.
