Settlements Analyst - Banking - Birmingham.

My client, a global investment bank based in Birmingham, urgently require an experienced Settlements Analyst to provide dedicated client support, regularly interacting with Global Custodians, Stock Loan, internal trading desks and direct with their respective pre-allocated external clients. The primary objective being to successfully ensure timely settlement occurs on all client equity trade flow.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS;
Prior experience within Financial Services, with particular emphasis on Equity trade flow/settlement
A well motivated, flexible and enthusiastic team player
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
Investigation/problem resolution skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Will be expected to develop credibility and a good reputation and demonstrate integrity with clients and colleagues
Positive embracer of change
Displays insight and ability in identifying issues and helps to develop successful solutions
Accurate, thorough and highly responsible with a good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and communicate well
Advanced IT skills, such as Windows XP, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
