Servicenow Technical Consultant - ITOM

Projektbeschreibung
My client is a Tier one system integrator with a 9 month requirement with experience in both business functional and technical consultancy to drive advisory services to clients on improving both their ITOM and ITSM capabilities.
You will be responsible for:
Aiding the implementation of both ITSM and ITOM solutions with cloud services.
Supporting presales activities, writing and developing business proposal to C-Level clients and.
Liaising with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and business value of ITOM/ITSM solutions
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in delivering solutions in various capacities (developer, technical lead, project manager, etc.), specific to Infrastructure Operations in an enterprise and ITSM solutions
- Familiarity with the following ServiceNow capabilities: ServiceWatch, Discovery, Orchestration in Fuji and later releases
-Familiarity with ServiceNow Asset Discovery and Business Service Mapping
-Understanding of the ITIL framework in particular in Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Service Level management
-Experience with enterprise tools and platforms, such as CA SOI, NetCool, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Nagios, SCOM, Solar Winds, Puppet would be a plus.
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile SDLC would be a plus
