Servicenow Specialist - Implementation Manager (4606)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced SERVICENOW SPECIALIST - IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER (4606).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- CONFIGURATION/MAINTENANCE/DESIGN KNOWHOW WITH SERVICENOW
- ITIL UNDERSTANDING MANDATORY
- TECHNICAL BACKGROUND - GENERAL UNDERSTANDING OF APPLICATION, SERVER, NETWORK
- Experience as developer/engineer is an advantage
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive the ServiceNow Implementation across the company and all processes
- Review the API implementation and coordinate the fixing of bugs
- Implement configuration management upload and update with the Cloud Service Provider
- Support to define release procedures with the Cloud Service Provider
- Review Operations Manual and bring up to standard required
- Support in the reporting initiative
- Support to understand, review and define all required SLAs
- Support review Security incident management process in ServiceNow
