Servicenow Specialist for Review and Conceptual Design (3024)

For a short term project (approximately two months) at our banking client's site here in Zurich we are looking for an experienced

SERVICENOW SPECIALIST FOR REVIEW AND CONCEPTUAL DESIGN (3024)

Our client is already using ServiceNow and would like to make use of its advanced functionalities.

The aim of the project is to define a usability concept for advanced functionalities.

TASKS:

- Generate an overview of how ServiceNow is currently used
- Analyze the existing access structure and suggest ways on how to enhance usability
- Normalize all data across all the different modules
- Define ways to improve critical points/interfaces

JOB QUALIFIKATION:

- Several years of experience with ServiceNow (not just as a user, but as a TECHNICAL SME)
- Strong conceptual abilities
- Excellent track record of senior IT consulting experiences
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
