Servicenow Solution Architect

My client is a Swiss boutique consultancy who are looking for a ServiceNow architect on behalf of a large enterprise customer in the DACH region. This project is due to start in the new year for a 9 month minimum period based in Zurich

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years of strong ServiceNow knowledge on the most recent releases (Geneva at the minimum)

Be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator/ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Expertise in service design, transition and operations processes

Broad technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping requirements to an end-to-end technology solution

Participate in requirements gathering, design and implementation of service management capabilities

Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture

If required, create sample solutions (proof of concept) to obtain design acceptance

Lead implementation efforts necessary to automate processes and support the operation of end-to-end IT services and IT processes

Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow administration

Good knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS etc

English speaking is a must, German speaking is preferred but not essential
