ServiceNow (SNOW) Implementation Manager (Contract, Zurich)
For our client, a global company with headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
Role:
Responsible for the overall Design, Configuration and Implementation of defined ITIL Service transition and operations processes in ServiceNow, including tool features and integration with suppliers ticketing systems following the program roadmap
Lead a team of internal SMEs resources and manage the implementation partner to achieve the objectives
Coordinate the day-to-day technical activities required to implement ServiceNow on time, quality and budget to .000 employees and countries
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 12 months, with possible extensions.
The project language is English.
Experience Required:
3+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow implementations across several countries
Experience in implementing ServiceNow in a multi supplier environment, including the interfaces with supplier's systems
Strong PM and ITSM experience in working on large programs and collaborating with multiples teams
Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
