SERVICENOW/ITSM BUSINESS ANALYST
Our client in Basel, Switzerland have a ServiceNow/ITSM Business Analyst role, the ideal candidate must have:
- Good overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management;
- Strong working knowledge in all aspects of Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management and ITIL practices
- Web based application design and development (Java, Javascript, J2EE, .NET - Object Orientated methodologies)
- Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers
- Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture
- Integrations (Web services, REST API's)
- UI designing experience (HTML5, XML, CSS) CMS expertise in SNOW
- Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
- Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
- Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.
